How can I place an order?

Explore our full rental collection online, then reach out to us at info@bohodesignrentals.com with the items you're interested in, the quantities needed, along with your event dates, times, and venue details. We’ll provide you with a rental hold that includes itemized pricing, delivery costs, and availability for your event and/or Long-term rental.

What is the duration of your rental period, and how is pricing for events structured?

For evens, each of our rental items is priced individually and includes a rental period of up to five days. This allows for delivery the day before your event and pick-up the day after, all at no extra cost.

Do you offer a printed catalog?

Due to our ever-evolving inventory showcasing the latest in international design, we do not offer a printed catalog. Instead, our entire rental collection, complete with product photos and dimensions, is available on our website.

How is pricing structured for long-term residential rentals?

The cost for long-term furniture rentals is four times (x4) the listed price per item for each year of rental. Currently, we only offer long term furniture rentals on an annual basis. If you would like to pay in Monthly Installments, we have partnered with Affirm to offer that option to you.

Do you offer event space design services?

Although we don't provide full design services, we’re happy to collaborate with you or your event planner to recommend the best pieces for your event. We suggest browsing our website and selecting your favorite items ahead of time, so we can offer tailored suggestions based on your venue, style, and theme.

Is it necessary for me to be at the event location during delivery or pickup?

Yes, either you or a designated representative must be present for both delivery and pickup. You’ll need to provide an onsite contact with a cell phone number for the order. This person will be responsible for receiving and releasing the items, as well as signing off to confirm that all items were received and returned in good condition.

Please note : Delivery, pickup, and installation services from BOHO Design Rentals are available for an additional all-inclusive fee. The cost is determined by the delivery and pickup dates, times, and the location of the venue.
